For lunch you will end up at the famous Khao Soi shop (featured on the RW4U YouTube channel) where you will enjoy a magnificent bowl of the best Khao Soi on the planet. In the afternoon you will explore the sights of Chiang Mai on foot – here they are many traditional wats (Buddhist temples), pagodas and the famous wall/gates that surround the Old City. Today, we are going to the famous Elephant Sanctuary. The Sanctuary has a track record of sustainable and ethical treatment of these magnificent creatures. English-speaking guides give visitors an insight into the behaviour and the personal history of their elephants. The elephant mahouts handler help people realize incredible life experiences such as feeding the elephants by hand or bathing elephants.

You can relax in the beautiful gardens or engage in activities like swimming, cycling, walking or running. Huay Tung Tao Lake is the perfect destination for all of these and more.
